I received a faulty item, what should I do?

If you have received an item that does not seem to meet the brand’s quality standards (holes, stains, loose thread, etc.), please contact our us as soon as possible via our contact form.
Please clearly specify your order number, send us some photos and the reference number of the item concerned so that your request is processed as quickly as possible.
Please do not remove the DIMIJI label attached to your item, otherwise the return will not be accepted.
